How do returns and refunds work?
Orders placed on Amazon.in follow Amazon’s returns and refunds process. Start a return or refund from your order page on Amazon.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are never tested on animals.
What are your dhoop and hawan cups made of?
They are made from cow dung with herbs, flowers, resins and essential oils. Our dhoop cones, hawan cups, and Divine and Guggal Loban dhoop sticks are charcoal-free, and the cones and those two dhoop sticks are made without wood or bamboo.
How do I use dhoop safely?
Always burn dhoop on its holder, on a heat-proof surface where the ash can fall safely. Keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire, and never leave it burning unattended.
Do you ship outside India?
Amazon.in delivers within India. For international orders, write to us and we will see what we can arrange.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life and best-before date are printed on each pack.
Can I visit a store?
We do not have a physical store. We sell online, through Amazon.in and direct enquiries.
